T.R.I.P. is an advanced, integrative treatment developed specifically for complex trauma, focusing on restoring healthy connections between the brain, mind, and body. Unlike traditional methods that rely on memory recall, T.R.I.P. employs three core processes—Projection, Permission, and Compassion—to foster a compassionate integrated relationship with oneself and reduce trauma's lingering effects. T.R.I.P. sessions are designed to process trauma without re-triggering, ensuring clients remain within a safe, regulated emotional state.

The Projection Process addresses how trauma distorts perceptions of safety and reality, helping clients identify and correct these projections. The Permission Process works on boundaries and consent, which can be damaged by past trauma, allowing clients to rebuild a sense of autonomy and safety. Finally, the Compassion Process seeks to integrate fragmented parts of the self, creating a more cohesive and compassionate internal world.

T.R.I.P. sessions may result in temporary side effects such as fatigue, intensified emotions, and somatic sensations. However, these symptoms are short-lived, reflecting the body’s adjustment as trauma integration occurs. Through methods like eye-brain techniques, somatic strategies, and compassionate attachment work, T.R.I.P. fosters healing across all aspects of being—mind, body, spirit, and brain.
